Welcome to the Ontario Student Led Chess Association (OntarioSLCA), where we believe in using chess to make a difference. As a province-wide organization, our goal is to unite high school students across Ontario through the love of chess, fostering both community and competition. We organize and host a variety of chess tournaments, including the prestigious Halton Chess Championship, which brings together top talent from across the region.

In addition to competitive events, we also lead initiatives like our CASTLE Chess Tutoring Program, designed to teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of chess players. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or just starting out, OntarioSLCA is committed to providing opportunities for growth, learning, and making a lasting impact through the power of chess.
